What you have to do
If a package is stolen from your porch you report it stolen with the authorities and file claims for compensation with the Vendor and Delivery Carrier.
When do you get compensated
If the Vendor and Delivery Carrier claims are denied leaving you without a remedy, your porch bandit protection kicks in and compensates you for the loss of your package in accordance with the terms of the plan you selected.
How much is covered
Plans pay you restitution up to a total amount for a subscription year. Different plans pay different amounts. As an example, if a plan covers $200 for package theft losses, then you can be compensated up to $200 in a subscription year.

How long does a subscription last?
Subscriptions automatically renew each month and can be canceled at any time. There is an early termination fee for subscriptions canceled within the first 12 months.

You can purchase multiple subscription plans to protect all your important delivery addresses. One subscription per delivery address. You just need to do so one subscription plan at a time so that you can associate a delivery addresses with the subscription. You will be able to manage all your subscriptions from a single account.
Which delivery carriers are covered with a subscription?
Packages delivered to your protected delivery address by FedEx, US Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS), and Amazon are covered.
